Sounds great. I think it's just the sauce I've been looking for for my lechon (pork roast). The standard sauce is great, but it's thickened with bread crumbs and I need an alternate sauce to serve to a friend who's gluten intolerant.

I don't eat meat anymore, but I was thinking when I made this that it would go great with chicken or pork.
