Hi all,

Please help me in designing shelf stable sauces and Mayonnaise.Does anyone have recipes for Eggless Mayonnaise.

Miracle Whip Salad Dressing - (it has no eggs, it uses whipped vegetable oil in place of eggs, and is very shelf stable.)

Real Mayonnaise, by it's very nature uses eggs and oil as the two primary components. No eggs, no mayonnaise.

You might try an egg substitute.
