Beer Marinade

THis marinade is good on steaks or chops. A friend has used it on venison and said it was good.

12 oz beer (lager style)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbs coarse ground dijon mustard
2 Tbs minced garlic
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs hot pepper sauce (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbs fresh ground pepper
1 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients together and marinate meat for up to 2 hours.
