I am doing a dungeness crab feed for 400 people this weekend and the person that I used to buy the marinade for the crab sold his business and has since past away. The new owner refuses to sell the marinade with out purchasing the crab from her (make 150.00 dollars or make nothing dosen't make sense to me) Any way I am going to try and make it myself from memory, it's an olive oil base with vinager and parmesan cheese. any ideas ?

Sorry I can't help you on this one, but hopefully someone will come to the rescue soon.

Was it similar to a cesar dressing. It would have a little lemon juice which would bring out the flavors nicely?

The only other thing I could think of is a lemon galic and herb type marinade with olive oil.
