Honey soy Marinade

For pork, beef and chicken. In a bowl combine 1tbs warmed honey 80ml soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsps grated fresh garlic, and two cloves crushed garlic.

Very interesting... I may have to give that a try.. Seems like it would have the fimiliar flavors of Korean BBQ (Bulgokee)...

I'll have to give that a try for the next batch of Chicken on the grill.
