Campanella's Butter
CAMPANELLA'S BUTTER
Ingredients:
1/4 pound butter
1/4 pound margarine
1 ounce honey
Directions:
Whip ingredients together to blend. Seal in an airtight container and refrigerate. Use as you would butter.

I've made something similar before with the buds from a few sprigs of fresh lavender, to use on pound cake and in berry crumbles.
