Mayonnaise and the tools we use
I have a magic bullet and a stick blender. Which would be best for making homemade mayonnaise?

would you be able to drizzle the oil into the magic bullet as it is operating?
the stick blender would be difficult to do that with as well.

the trick is to get the oil to emulsify. i guess you could use the stick blender as a whisk, using these instructions: Making Mayonnaise - Allrecipes
