I've put together a good tasting radish dip that's only 400 Megs of salt all together ( including the cheese )

Make sure the goat cheese is sitting at room temperature before you use your food processor.

First you will need 6 radishes cut in quarters.
You will need 2 - 4 garlic cloves ( depending on how much garlic you like ) "I've added 4 since I really really love garlic"

1.(2) 8 ounces of goat cheese packages. ( but I've used one 4 oz goat cheese ) That's why you have 400 Grams of sodium in the whole entire recipe.

Step one.
Cut the radishes into quarters.

Step Two.
Peel the garlic and mince them lightly.

Step Three.
Get out your food processor ( 3 cup one ) put the Radishes and garlic into the processor and puree them until smooth.

Step Four.
Add the goat cheese to the food processor and puree it some more until it's smooth and rich, Serve when ready.

If you want to you can add more salt.
And it's good with chips and toast.
Or hard crust bread!

( warning It's Really Really Hot )

oh it sounds good, is it hot because of the garlic or the radish. Sometimes when I blend garlic it's REALLY too hot but then mellows with time, like in my pesto sauce.
Radish season is almost here--I like radishes cooked too. :)
