I have been looking at the Waring Pro and Broil King Buffet Servers. They can be plugged into an electrical outlet and temperature can be controlled just like a warming drawer.

I like the compactness but am wondering about capacity and durability. Can anyone please share their experiences with me.

They cost about 200 dollars but I am thinking about buying them. I like casual entertaining and I am wondering if it's worth an investment.

I don't know about these electric ones. We use the old style with sterno and water. Picked up a couple form Sam's or Costco for maybe $20-$30. They do the trick.

Thanks Robo for the information. I will check them out next week. It is a big investment so I wanted to check with others first.
