Hi All

I have not long bought a kenwood chef, but when I am mixing even the lightest of ingredients on the lowest of setting, the head seems to shake/jump is this normal? is I run it with nothing in the bowl at all it seems fine

Thanks!

they are all adjusted and the lever is down Im just not sure if its because of the planetary motion acting against whats in it

My KC is over 30 years old and sollid as a rock. Can you contact the makers and ask their advice? Although the company is now owned by the Italian firm De Longhi, Kenwood has an address in England

Kenwoodworld.com/uk

Kenwood Limited
1 Kenwood Business Park
New Lane, Havant

United Kingdom

Hope this helps
