New convection oven

OK, so I tried cooking a beef roast in my new c oven. Awesome! Now I want to try some new things. How about slow cooking pork ribs? Any ideas?

Not sure a C oven would make a big difference with the ribs. It's really most effective with baking.

The oven in my stove has traditional bake, convection bake and convection roast options/features. I LOVE it!!

Roasted turkey and beef is wonderful done on convection roast.
