Hey everyone,
I've been looking to upgrade my freezer at my restaurant (so obviously I'm in need of something of the commercial variety). I've been doing some investigating and have come to the conclusion that I should get the True T-49F freezer (like this one here).
I've never had a True freezer before... though I have had some refrigeration products of theirs (and have seen them in use, etc). Anyone have any advice? Is this a good model? Should I get something else?
