I just got a new microwave/convection oven. My microwave died on the same day my food processor did.
I think that they wanted to go to appliance heaven together.
I know how to use a microwave but I have never had a convection oven before let alone a combo. Is there some conversion factor for changing my recipes from oven to convection oven? I mostly mean about time but I am curious if I need to adjust temperature as well. I cannot find a real answer it in the recipe book that came with the unit. I also searched this site and couldn't find the exact answer to my question.
Are there any rules? What are the best things to do in the convection oven? How about for the microwave/convection combo?
