If you haven't seen the Netflix show she did when the book came out a few years ago, it's a lot of fun as well as educational. This is more of a technique book than a regular cookbook, so it's great for new cooks, but experienced cooks can learn from it, too. I love her recipe for Ligurian focaccia.
