Anyone Know of Regional Cook's Tools?

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that enjoys cooking.
If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
Chili roasters, tortilla presses, paella pans, molcajete, comal, caja china, mezzaluna etc. Probably would change from regional to cultural to describe them.;)

There's the Rumtopf for the German fermented fruit drink and a gadget for making spaetzle noodles. And the tagine for Moroccan stews.

There's also a "du hissy" for making Kaiser rolls and another thingy-majiggy for cutting potatoes for Czech potato salad, not to mention a whatchamacallit for extruding rice noodles.
