Hello all -
I've posted a couple times on the boards here regarding building up my cookware collection,a nd now have a few decent quality tri-ply full clad SS pots and pans. They are the first non-anodized pots and pans I have ever had. So my question is this - first, before I ever use these pots and pans, I plan on cleaning them well with warm water and soap with a rag; is there anything else I need to do before using these pots and pans? Do they need to be seasoned? Do they need any other sort of pre-use care?
I have read other threads here regarding overall care for SS, but couldn't find any info on how to care for them before their first use. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide, and happy cooking!
