New pot recommendations

I make cheese. I have been using non stick 10 quart pot. But i guess its getting old, and when I boil milk it sticks to the bottom.
Looking for recommendations for new 10 or 12 quart pot that will work for milk boiling.
 
There are a couple of options:
  • 1 heavy 18/10 stainless oit, used over moderate heat
  • 2. ScanPan cookware. very good reputation
  • 3, glass, microwave-safe bowl to use in the microwave.
  • 4.Very large SS soup pot, with a heat diffuser under it.
