I have numerous pieces of cookware from the All Clad Stainless and Le Creuset lines, which I love, but I was looking recently to add a few nonstick pans, primarily for eggs and such. At a local independent kitchen store (where they sell numerous high-end cookware lines), the owner recommended Swiss Diamond to me. I had never heard of it before, and I'm kind of a name-brand slut , so I was dubious. But this stuff is great! I highly recommend it. I now own the 10" and 12.5" fry pans and the 11" low-sided grill pan. They are nice and heavy and conduct heat very well. They sear and even brown beautifully. Cleanup is super easy.

Just thought I'd put my 2 cents in here, because Swiss Diamond isn't that well known and hasn't been discussed much on this forum, but its worth checking out IMO. :chef:

I'm so glad you submitted this comment. I was just contemplating the purchase of a sauce pan and saute pan. Now I think I'll go for it!
