Question re Marks Member Cooker

I recently purchased a Marks Member Cooker; was wondering if any of you have used one of these and if so, could give me some recipes, and advice on how best to utilize the cooker.

Hi Pat and welcome to the board! What type of cooker is this that you purchased? Is it a slow cooker or a roaster or something like that?

Pat, I'm going to guess you mean Member's Mark, and you got it at a Sam's Club store.

Like GB asked, what kind of cooker - pressure cooker, slow cooker, roaster ??? The brand doesn't really mean anything ... but the "type" of "cooker" does.

Pat sent us another message a few days ago about a Member's Mark Liquid Propane Gas Smoker. Why don't we assume that is the item in question unless we hear from Pat otherwise.

So does anyone have any experience with this? Rainee? (I know it is gas, but I figured i would ask you anyway )
