This is not a "for sale" thread, and I'm not trying to push anything-- other than a reason and example why I seem to be here only.
This is something that a chef in Phoenix orderd from me.
it's an "A type" kiritsuke, pretty much an all around japanese kitchen knife.
I tend to have some pretty strong opinions about specific things dealing with knives....it's what I do
I don't consider myself an expert, as I always look...and find more I don't know.
btw, I like food pics too
