Hello, I recieved a ceramic knife for christmas from my very thoughtful brother, knowing I have been looking into upgrading my current set of knives fro a while. This has given me the opportunity to test out the ceramic craze :ROFLMAO:

To be honest for veg this is a very nice knife and great to use, the shape could be better and more accustomed to my hand.

I have noticed it is staining- the knife is washed basically straight after use. Has anyone who uses a ceramic had any problem like this?
 
I have noticed little bit of staining, particularly with carrots. I was able to remove it by scrubbing it with a little soap.
