Canning venison stew

It's Deer Season - does anyone have a good venison stew recipe with pototoes, carrots, onion etc than can be canned? Thanks for any assistance. :angel:
 
Pressure canning a stew can be questionable due to the multiple ingredients and the limitations (like no thickeners) so I would recommend the meat be canned as an individual item. Then it is just a simple process of adding the appropriate ingredients in a pan to make a stew.
 
See if your pressure canner has a book with a beef stew recipe. It will work perfectly. I did it for years.
