Freezing egg?

Greetings, I made a side-meal a week or so ago (no it's not in the fridge still) and wondered if I made it again, could it be stored? It has fried egg in it which concerns me. I've always heard that storing pre-cooked egg is never a great idea. However, it is "Spanish tortilla" from a weight-watchers cookbook (very nice ideas in there). It contains potato, egg, spanish onion and some spices. Would keeping it for the next day or so be good or would it spoil? If it can be kept, what are good methods for freezing then re-heating it.

It was made in a skillet so should it be re-heated that way?
