Freezing Eggs
Hi everyone,
I am looking for some tips on freezing egg whites for future use.
Any information would be helpful.
Thanks,

I would freeze them in ice cube trays (I use a silicon mini muffin tray) and then bag after they are frozen.
Whole eggs can be done this way also if they are scrambled first. Whole yolks don't like to be frozen.

Thanks! Is it necessary to add anything to the egg whites or, can you freeze them plain?
Thanks again,

How you freeze them depends on what you are going to do with them later? What do you want to do with them?

Interesting how long you could keep frozen eggs like that?
