Jalapenos out did themseves this year

Planted 5 Jalapeno pepper plants this year, I can't believe how well they did with all the rain we had this year. I had a total of 253 of them and still a few on the plants. The weather has turned cooler so I don't know how they will do.

I made jalapeno Jelly, pickled jalapenos, cowboy candy, and jalapeno hot sauce. I also have froze some whole, diced and sliced.

Now that my sinuses are cleaned out, I have to go get more jars to finish up the tomatoes and that's anther story. Lots of tomatoes this year.

Great pepper production! I only have 2 jalapeños - no idea how many actual peppers I got, but they are still producing, though winding down some. I might make one more batch of escabeche, with the last bunch of them.
