Hi, this is Anai. I am new to this group. I live in Mexico, on the Pacific coast, near Puerto Vallarta. There are still many cooking items that Mexico supermarkets lack, so I have learned, and continue to learn, how to think outside the box when it comes to ingredients I can't get. Most questions I post here will be because I need a substitute for some really simple thing most people can pick up in a corner grocery.
