Coconut Cake | 2 layers, cream cheese icing and chocolate bugs. This cake was an experiment. The decoration on the top is melted 60 percent chocolate bits, piped into the shape of a dragon fly. There is a 1 inch band of modeling chocolate around the base that looks like a ribbon.
