it's easter sunday today. i had a new england boiled ham dinner. the best part? marrow from the ham bone--the size of a thimble. oooh, the very bestest part of the meal, but what a tease it was! i had to come right over and visit your big, beautiful rich marrow bone after that! i'll be looking for one like it tomorrow to satisfy this enormous craving that has me going so crazy on this holy day.... :)

thanks for the marrow meal link, pac--had me even drooling over the raw uncooked bones. i must be part cavewoman. what the hey, i'm gonna do the parsley salad and roast those bones for once! will tomorrow ever come?!
