Asparagus, Red Pepper wedges, Zucchni and Summer Squash cut in pickle wedges, Portabella Mushrooms cut in 1/3's with gills removed. Marinate in olive oil, fresh lime juice, ground cumin, kosher salt, pepper for a couple hours. Grill.

    oooooooooooo, yum. Can you tell me the quantities for the ingredients in the marinade, or where it might be posted elsewhere?

    jkath, the best I can tell you is just use the ingredients I mentioned. Much less lime/acid than you would in a vinaigrette though. Heavy on the cumin if you really like it like I do, salt and pepper - so, it's olive oil, fresh lime juice, salt, pepper, and that's it.
