Hi, and welcome back. I'm fine. Kids are growing, bunch of teenagers at home. Which means plenty of fighting. Otherwise it's all the same. Same house, same job, same wife, thank G-d. Not much changed. Flying to Miami today for couple of days, but would like to hear more about you.About food in that part of the world. You should share some of the recipe you find there. Might be interesting.

    Good to see you.

P.S. you mail box is full, I could not send you message there. So i'm putting it here.

Hello expat girl, I've been a very infrequent visitor here lately and just saw a notice about your husband and cardio test? I don't know how out of date I am, perhaps you forget who I am. I do hope the best for you and your husband. I'm with Charlie D - he should live in good health for 120 years.

Debs, I didn't lose Cade all is well there as with all the kids. Both my parent had open heart, but it was for blocked arteries...None the less it's a frightening thing. You and DH are in all my good thoughts and my prayers. If you need a shoulder, I'm here.

I hope you don't mind me messaging but see a few of your posts and just realised that you're an expat living not too far away from me! We have actually just opened an office in Almaty. What city are you living in?

    Take care
