For sugar, if I have to use it I get raw cane sugar or better, coconut sugar. Dairy is replaced with coconut or almond milk. I have had to cut back my fat to almost no meat sources - I do have some poultry and some fish. I eat a lot of salad, gluten free grains, etc. That is a start, anyway.
