Hi Snip,
The potato rosti is super simple to make. Par-boil a potato, then shred it with a large cheese grater into a mixing bowl. Then saute some leeks in a lttle butter (not too long). Toss the leeks with potato and gruyere cheese. salt n pepper to taste.Melt a little butter and Spoon mixture into a non-stick pan at medium heat. Once browned slide onto a plate flip over and place back in pan to brown the other side. Top w/a fried egg. Dee-lish !!
