I love to make truffles, mahogany buttercrunch toffee, marshmallows and fudge. I have candied orange peel and dipped it in tempered chocolate, too and I have made lollipops with loran oils. You can see some of my favorite recipes on the candy page. I have a marble slab and a chocolate tempering thermometer. I have only made flavored fondants with the ladies at the church but I help shape them and dip them in tempered chocolate. I have also paddled--boy is that a lot of work!!!!
