What's "bachelor surprise", taxy?

If I think about it, I begin to get a little scared...

Amy of those leftovers commonly found in my fridge could be labeled "bachelor's surprise". Friends know that it's "taste at your own risk", since most will have peppers in them, to some level.

These are fresh smoked Polish sausages..we bring them in our freezer section..

I bet they are great! We have a Polish deli in the next town over. The husband makes and smokes his own sausages. I get those when we grill or simmer sausage, but I usually have a link or two of something like Hillshire Farms for cooking with other ingredients.
