I'm surprised there isn't a supper thread yet, or did I just miss it/

We had store bought ravioli with tomato pasta sauce with some nduja added to it. This is an experiment to see how well I handle the cooked tomato, now that I have been taking a curcumin supplement for several months. I have noticed that small amounts of nightshades don't seem to make my arthritis worse lately. The other experimental part of this supper was the addition of nduja to the pasta sauce. It was, um, interesting. I won't be rushing out to buy more of it, but I would be willing to try it again.

What are you having / did you have?

We have our grandson for the week. I grilled burgers over charcoal for a change for SO and me. Hot dogs for GS. Also corn on the cob and Mac and cheese for sides.

I was going through the freezer yesterday, and found a nice rib roast that was in a vacuum seal bag that had leaked. Seems the bone has poked a whole in the bag. So, I thawed it, seasoned it and sous vide it. Then, onto a screaming hot charcoal chimney to sear.

Beef, it's what's for dinner. :chef:
