Mama Mary thin pizza crust topped with tomato sauce, grated cheese, mozzarella, sausage, green pepper, onion, mushrooms and black olives. It had a nice and crispy crust.
I did a SV pork tenderloin. Separately I sautéed onion and mushrooms in a skillet and made a gravy from that which I supplemented with the juice from the pork. Mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli rounded out the meal.
We stopped at Rein's Deli in Vernon, CT. Have not been there in a few years, so we figured we'd eat there rather than our usual stop at Blue Colony Diner. I had a bowl of matzo ball soup, then Himself and I shared an upsized pastrami Ruben. He also had the lion's share of the onion rings - I swiped four. Ooo, and pickles. Love their pickles.
