Using chicken breast instead of whole chicken

I have a recipe for potted chicken with rice. The recipe called for a 2.5-3lb chicken but my grocery store didn’t have any that small. I was hoping I could use chicken breast instead. The recipe says to put it in a Dutch oven in the oven at 350° for 2 hours. How long should I cook it if I’m using chicken breast instead of a whole chicken? Recipe attached.

I am going to go no more than one hour I guess. You do not have any bones right??
