Eating salads

Hi,

My doctors says that I need to be on a very strick diet so I wanted to know does anyone know of a carry-out restaurant that has a VERY big portion size salads. I live in Downtown Bethesda, Maryland.

Anyone that can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

I don't know anything about your area, but any restaurant will make you a big salad if you ask and explain the situation
