I see Swordfish "Steaks" there at the Giant all the time.... problem with them is that they are only 3/8ths of an inch thick........
 
I like the firm texture too.


Last time I had a swordfish steak was on a visit to one of the Caribbean islands several years ago. We've been to many of the Carib islands, so I can't remember which one it was - might have been on the French side of St. Martin, which imo has the best cuisine in all the Caribbean - with Jamaica being a close second.
