Been busy today baking and now I have some osso buco in the oven for dinner tonight. They will be accompanied by Risotto Milanese and steamed broccoli.

We'll finish the leftover scalloped potatoes with ham, partnered up with steamed fresh broccoli. Also fresh, crisp garden salads. It felt good to stock up on fresh fruits and veggies when grocery shopping yesterday.

Grilled Angus burgers for supper tonight.

Vancamp's Pork an Beans doctored with dark brown sugar, Lee & Peron's Worcestershire Sauce, chopped onion, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce, with added Hillshire Farms Cheddar Sausage, and a strip of fresh bacon. Cooked the sausage, bacon, and onion together. When the bacon was barely cooked, added the beans, a quarter cup of dark brown sugar, 2 tbs BBQ Sauce, 2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce and simmered for 20 minutes. It came out very tasty. Coupled with a glass of ice cold raspberry juice and you've got a meal.:yum:

Tried a new recipe here tonight. Braised kielbasa and cabbage. Made carrots and mashed potatoes as sides.
Turned out pretty good. Will definitely make it again. 20200426_222915.jpg
