Prosciutto bread, which also has pepperoni and hot capicola, as well as provolone, with a cannellini bean pesto.

Roasted vegetable pasta and homemade flat bread.

My first attempt at flat bread... fell flat. It was doughy and not that good. Too much flour? Worked it too much? Any suggestions for my next try would be appreciated!

From the Easter ham that keeps on giving, I made a pot of my Mom's ham and bean soup with bacon recipe. Crusty baguette to go with. And catching up on Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist for dessert.
 
Ordering groceries online is stressful. It's stressful enough that I don't get to sleep for several hours afterwards and then I'm pooped the next day. Having groceries show up and needing to disinfect and put them away didn't help. So, supper plans flew out the window. We ordered Lebanese food from a place DH has eaten at and likes. I was less impressed. It wasn't as good as Mr. Falafel. DH admitted that once it was delivered, it wasn't as good as freshly made in the resto. That must be why he thought it was better than Mr. Falafel. It was still pretty good.
