We had cod with a honey/ghost pepper chile powder glaze, over a cauliflower/potato mash.

Such a beautiful day again, I'm planning on grilling some large shrimp and marinated pineapple spears. The side will be some leftover grilled veggies mixed with Jasmine rice.

Picture to follow..

I made a batch of American Chop Suey tonight. I didn't have a full box of elbows or small shells so, for the first time ever, I made it with farfalle. Still good.

DH grilled some Angus burgers and the buns, I got all the "fixin's" ready. It was pretty good. We also tried out a hot dog sized "Polish sausage" that we got as a surprise substitution in a grocery order. Both the burgers and the sausage were good.

That looks really pretty Taxi!

We have plenty of yummy leftovers for lunch tomorrow... I added a few spare asparagus to the grill mix. We really like grilled pineapple spears

We had very veggie salads to start: iceberg, spring mix, baby spinach, radishes, carrots, cukes, celery, corn, tomatoes, and sunflower seeds. Followed that up with Griddler Reubens on rye bread that I baked yesterday. A little dollop of potato salad leftover from yesterday.

Time sure flies Beth, but it was actually 4 years ago we had such a lovely lunch with you there, it seems like yesterday. I only hope we can meet up again sometime. Souschef sends his best too, it was such a memorablle afternoon.
