Taco Tuesday!
Shredded chicken tacos with pineapple salsa.

We also had taco Tuesday with pork carnitas tacos. Very yummy with a bit of onion, Tapatio, and verde sauce....cheese......sour cream for some.

I was out and about today (Dr. appointment), so I did a little grocery shopping and had some haddock fried up while I shopped. Sides were Aldi Tater Puffs, steamed broccoli, and garden salads.

I had a craving for Swiss steak so that's what I prepared for tonight's meal.

Green peppers, onions, celery and garlic in a nice tomatoey sauce enhanced with A-1 sauce and yellow mustard.

Can't have this without mashed taters.

We were stuffed and, good news, more left for tomorrow. That's good because I'm going to have a day filled with doctors' appointments.

DH grilled some Angus burgers. Served with the usual fixings, a dill pickle on the side, and some radishes.

We had a Trader Joe frozen lasagna I bought months ago, with SC's loaded salads.
My bum knee has been acting up and I didn't feel like cooking. I'm going to bed with Ben Gay tonight, at least he doesn't smell bad anymore.
