Monday's Kitchen Effort 11/2

Air-roasted Pork Loin on a Bed of Fried Apples, Steamed Asparagus, Bruce's Yams, and the Salad...

Lamb loin chops braised (in chicken broth, lemon juice, gravy master and fresh garlic), mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes and pan jus.

We leave for Florida tomorrow. I had a tub of Capt.Parker's clam chowder on hand in case I ran out of leftovers. We had it tonight, along with slabs of cheese toast. Instead of a food photo, here's a shot of the heating instructions, which never fall to amuse me.

SO is off helping care for her sister again so I'm on my own for a couple of weeks.

Tonight's dinner was a burger with fries and a beer.

We had Vietnamese inspired, ground pork patties served like hamburgers, on kaiser buns. Those patties are soooo tasty.

 

[Just Cooking]

Country fried steak, mashed potatoes, topped with white gravy. Green beans.

Ice cream was dessert.
