Chili over rice topped with sour cream, shredded cheddar and scallions.

Grilled bone-in ribeye, garlic and sour cream mashed potatoes,
buttered carrots and a cabernet.

We had the leftovers from Sunday's delivery, pasta meal. I made a salad and vinaigrette to go with that.
