ISO Worcestershsire Sauce Replacement
I have a recipe for turkey burgers that requires 2 teaspoons of worcestershire sauce. I do not have it. What can I substitute for worcestershire sauce that will not ruin the recipe? Can I leave it out?

Add A1 sauce or fish sauce or ketchup.

Worcestershire Sauce replacement
Fish sauce has too much sodium.

All of these sauces are high in sodium, but you're only using two teaspoons. How many burgers are you making?

So that's a fraction of a teaspoon per burger. It's not enough to cause problems for anyone, unless they're very I'll.
