Pulled Pork BBQ (Remainder of last night's Roast), Air Fries, Steamed Broccoli with a Cheddar Jack Melt, Mac & Black Olive Salad .......

Baby back ribs rubbed with a wet, mole type paste then Craig cooked on the grill. Black beans and green rice for sides.

I made a tray bake of root vegis (purple daikon radish, celeriac, carrots, fartichokes, and rutabugger). There was also some onions and garlic cloves. I doused it all with homemade vinaigrette. That was really tasty. We have enough left for another meal.

Happy Lunar New Year! We had steamed dumplings, duck, lo mein, and other yummies! It was carryout though. We both had to work late!
