Happy Lunar New Year ALL!!!

I made some "Good Luck" food and made up three bento boxes to share.







I made Crispy Gau Gee and a huge pot of my Fried Saimin.
I also have a bowl of Ahi Poke, My Quick Cucumber Kim Chee
and some Teriyaki B/S Chicken for the grill a little
later on to round it all out.

I pulled two tubs of soup from the freezer, creamy chicken and wild rice and minestrone. What we don't have tonight we'll finish tomorrow.

Baby back ribs rubbed with a wet, mole type paste then Craig cooked on the grill. Black beans and green rice for sides.

Pan seared pork tenderloins, pilaf, peas.

I made a tray bake of root vegis (purple daikon radish, celeriac, carrots, fartichokes, and rutabugger). There was also some onions and garlic cloves. I doused it all with homemade vinaigrette. That was really tasty. We have enough left for another meal.

Shrimp/avocado pasta, green salad and garlic bread.

Ice cream with bananas and chocolate syrup for dessert.

Happy Lunar New Year! We had steamed dumplings, duck, lo mein, and other yummies! It was carryout though. We both had to work late!
