Putting in some beef jerky..should be ready by this evening...pretty basic recipe, which I find are the best...will post pics when it's done..

My mother made it so I use the same recipe and end up giving most of it away to my siblings and kids...she used a dehydrator..I have some in both the dehydrator and my mini smoker right now...Thanks
