This is a new item at Trader Joe's
This time I found the loaf tin and baked it off in it.
this was a yellow cake for sure.
Had like a creme cake like vibe to it. Not a lot a lemon flavor in the cake.
Still a nice tasting cake.
The Icing though is where the lemon flavor really shows up.
A really solid icing.
This cake mix gets at least a medium sized thumbs up from me. I would like more lemon flavor in the cake.
