Oohhhhhh!
I was racking my brain ... now, what else goes into a Nicoise Salad again?
I'll take 2 orders please, thank you! :ROFLMAO:

I think different people might use different things to some extent, but we use green beans, radish, tomatoes, potatoes, HB eggs, tuna (fresh or high quality canned), and nicoise olives of course. Vinaigrette with white wine vinegar, Dijon, thyme, S and P, EVOO. Oh, the potatoes get tossed with white wine as soon as they are cooked.

Sorry, no more, 2 servings only. ;)

Got some nice fish while shopping today. Haddock for SO and salmon for me. Cole slaw and asparagus for sides.

We had garden salads, followed by leftovers. Himself finished of the shrimp boil (I had to cook more shrimp to make it legit, since we ate the originals the night they were cooked). I had the other "stuffed" flounder I made last night - with a little help from Himself. I think we might have room for a little bit of dessert - Aldi mini cream puffs with a little drizzle of Hershey's syrup. It's like gilding a lily.
